Karl Monaghan Photography, Art Gallery, Printing & Picture Framing uses the highest quality printing equipment, software and materials available in-house at the Karl Monaghan Print Lab in Geraldton, Western Australia.

Bring your digital file, original artwork or hard-copy photos to us and have the image expertly printed on photographic paper or fine art conservation paper of your choosing.

We use Epson 9560 and Epson 9900 Giclee Printers with UltraChrome pigment dye inks (archival quality guaranteed for life). We specialise in working with delicate papers such as Fujiflex, Chromojet, Metallic, as well as Canson cotton fibre, Ilford Galerie & Hanamhule fine art paper.

You can make alterations to your printing order within 4 business hours by contacting us. 

All printing, photography and framing orders are made on demand, and we may not be able to fully accommodate your request without sufficient notice.

If your printing order is already in production or has been shipped or delivered, you may be eligible for a store credit within 7 days. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. The store credit can only be used online via our website www.karlmonaghanphotography.com.

There is a 25% restocking fee for a change of mind return and this will be deducted from your shop credit balance. A $24.95 shipping fee is payable prior to production for your new printing or fine art print product order.

To receive a replacement or store credit, the print needs to be returned in ‘as new’ condition, complete with all original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and will remain responsible for the returned artwork until it reaches our Gallery & Print Lab in Geraldton, Western Australia.

We recommend using a secure, signature-on-delivery method with added insurance. If the item is not returned in ‘as new’ condition, we reserve the right to return the product to you, at your expense.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us and we will advise you on a course of action.

Your prints, artworks and frames are packaged carefully onsite in Geraldton, Western Australia. We understand that accidents can happen in transit. If your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging, DO NOT accept the parcel and instead ask the courier to return it. Please advise us immediately if this happens.

If your parcel is left unattended or, upon opening your parcel and you find your item damaged, please advise us within 24 hours. You will need to include photos of the damage (both packaging and artwork or printing order) via email.

We require a signature on delivery for all fine art prints, frames and artwork. Please provide a shipping address where you know someone will be available to accept it.

Should you elect to remove the signature-on-delivery requirement, please make sure you provide instructions on a safe location to leave your package.

If a parcel has been delivered without a signature and has subsequently gone missing, Karl Monaghan Photography, Printing & Picture Framing cannot accept responsibility.

By using state-of-the-art large format Giclee printing machines and UltraChrome pigment dye inks we ensure the longevity of your fine art prints, photographic prints, artist reproductions and canvas prints.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality items, so if you receive an artwork with faulty workmanship, we will replace it without charge. We may ask you to return the item, so please hold onto the packaging and we shall cover the cost of return shipping if required. Please contact us within 7 days of arrival via email  and our team will be happy to assist.

All prints, frames and artwork come with a 12-month warranty. If a fault is found, please contact us immediately along with a clear photograph showing the fault via email If substantiated, the item will be replaced without charge.

Our Fine Art Prints are crafted using the highest quality materials and the most advanced printing technology available. It is highly recommended to display your photographs, prints, artworks and frames out of direct sunlight while avoiding high humidity and high temperatures.

Our picture framers use wood for framing original artworks, reproductions, photographic prints, sports memorabilia, canvas frames and custom picture framing. Wood frames can be dusted using a soft, dry cloth to remove spots or debris. Avoid the use of liquid and chemical cleaning products.

Instructions relating to cleaning the glass on your fine art photographic print, framed original artwork or framed sports memorabilia can be found on the reverse side of your framed artwork. Extreme caution should be used whenever necessary when handling your fine art print or framed artwork.
