Shipping of the order from Karl Monaghan Photography is very safe, secure, and hassle-free. Please note that all paper and canvas prints are individually made to order and as such take time to print and stretch to post. We request you to allow us the time to get your order in the post.
Every package of the product purchased from Karl Monaghan Photography will reach your doorstep in a durable condition and in tamper-proof packaging. Please allow the following time to get your order in the post:
· Small paper prints – 1-5 business days
· Stretched canvas prints – 16 – 18 business days
· All other prints – 4 – 10 working days.
Yes, we offer it. But for that we you must provide us at least a week’s time and by contacting us via email at email@example.com or call us at +61 089-921-3001.
We ship all orders through trusted courier partner and all prices are displayed and charged in Australian dollars. (AUD)
Prints on canvas come either “stretched” on a timber frame and ready to hang straight on the wall or “unstretched” and rolled up, ready for you to frame at your end.
Stretched canvas prints will be packaged in bubble wrap and cardboard box with “Fragile” handling stickers.
Unstretched canvas prints will be rolled up in a protective tube. All prints are lined with tissue paper prior to wrapping.
Change in Shipping Policy
Shipping details can be changed by the customer until the order is shipped from our facility. If the customer needs to change the shipping address, they should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +61 089-921-3001.
The guarantee of product delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company. Any discrepancy in the recipient’s details may result in non-delivery of the product.
Karl Monaghan Photography reserves the right to change this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. In the event of any changes, the revised policy will be posted on the website.
Items up to 105cm in length will be shipped to your door nationally via Australia Post registered parcel service. Products larger than 105cm in length will be shipped via a domestic courier service.
Upon receiving your order, we advise you to carefully inspect the condition of the product. If you notice any damage, shortage, or over-shipment, or suspect that part of the shipment has been lost, please contact us at email@example.com immediately.
· The estimated delivery times mentioned above are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or unforeseen delays.
